Such projects may talk about short term benefits but in long term they may turn impediment to your bigger goals.

So be clear with what is to be accomplished and how. Take both short term and long term goals in to consideration. Identify what are the priorities and accordingly set your goals and then proceed.

It will be wiser to drop the project if somewhere in the middle you realize that itdoesn’t add value to the future prospects.

Right things in Right ways:-

Are you on the right track? You can easily measure it by asking two simple questions, that –

Are you doing the right things and Are you doing the things right?

Doing the right things means the activities involved in the accomplishment of the project and the things right talks about the quality of the work.

Find answer to the questions above and if you succeed, you are driving on right roads.

Involve your Staff
